Warranty Coverage

Except as specified below, Luvipod / Faith product warranty covers all defects in material in workmanship. The following are NOT covered: damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, wear and tear, product modification; damage occurring during shipment; damage from failure to follow instruction contained in the provided User Manual in any form; damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by Faith Photo Limited; or products sold on an "as-is" or final sale basis. Faith's liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of any defect products and shall not include incidental or consequential damages. Faith reserves the right to replace a discontinued model wit ha comparable model. Any replacement units or parts may be new or rebuilt.

The original purchase receipt or record must be presented whenever service is required.
