1. SHIPPING

1.1 Please contact your local Distributor or Retailers for ways of purchasing if you are located in Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Mainland China or South Korea.  Find out more about Distributors & Retailers >>

1.2 Due to restrictions on delivery in sanctioned or sensitive countries, we can't accept any orders for delivery to the these countries.

1.3 Shipping time and charges depend on the destination of your order. Please allow us 1-2 working days to process your order. 
1.4 Please note that we process orders very quickly, this means that once an order is placed we are unable to modify your shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.

2. UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

We will send you an email after three delivery attempts requesting you to contact us within three days to arrange for re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within three days to arrange for re-delivery or if re-delivery is still unsuccessful, the relevant products of your order will be considered as cancelled and you will be subject to a 15% administration fee.

3. RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE

3.1All products purchased from Luvipod online store (http://luvipod.com) cannot be returned and/or refunded. Exchange is accepted for defective products only. . 

3.2If you believe that your product is defective, please contact  Customer Service within 14 days of the date you receive the product through our online form or direct email to request for exchange.  If we determine that the product is defective and you are eligible to exchange your product, please follow the instruction of our Customer Service for an exchange. Please make sure you keep the original purchase record and packaging.
